The goal here is simple: get customers out on the water. Whether it's a new, used, trade-in, or consignment boat, they are here to help from start to finish. This department includes positions like sales managers, associates, riggers, delivery captains, coordinators, and more! 

Our service team is responsible for getting folks back on the water. Whether it's annual maintenance or an unexpected issue, our service managers, technicians, parts specialists, lot crew, service writers, and warranty specialists are here to help!

These are the folks that keep our facilities running smoothly! They are responsible for executing day-to-day operations like boat movements, fueling, boat rental activities, ship's store, & more. Positions include general managers, operations managers, dockmasters, dockhands, and more. 

This is the team behind the scenes who help serve our customers from answering customer phone calls, booking and coordinating boat rentals, assisting current and incoming storage customers, and handling ship's store inventory, to name a few. Positions include MDS admin, receptionists, and more!

Another behind-the-scenes team that assists our sales and service departments. Responsible for processing and organizing all documents and files as well as keeping up with our dealership management system, and CRM system. Positions include dealer specialists and assistance dealer specialists. 

The restaurant team is responsible for giving our customers a delicious meal & an experience that they won't forget. Our fast-casual dining experience is designed to quickly serve our food to our customers and get them back out on the water where they belong. Positions include FOH/BOH managers, cooks, bartenders, and servers 

Freedom Boat Club is all about our members, and that is what our team is responsible for. Whether it is signing up new members, training new members, or assisting our current ones, FBC is all about customer service. Positions include FBC club managers, licensed boat captains, & membership executives.

Dealer Profit Services fulfills its mission of delivering F&I success to recreational vehicle dealers by excelling in service, speed, and profit - all while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Positions include business managers, dealer relations associates, and telesales associates.
