1. Choose Your Attitude

Our team is aware of the effect that our attitude has on our job performance and our overall company culture.  In the morning, we make a conscious choice between being in a good mood or a bad mood, and this is the same energy we bring into the office. Changing your emotional state is a simple choice you can make and will have a powerful effect on everyone working with you. 

2. Have Fun

We not only have fun with the job, but we have fun with our customers too! It only takes one person in any company to demonstrate how their job can be fun to create a motivational tipping point for others. We find ways of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun - then we those into action. We work hard and play harder!

3. Be There

 It is all about practicing mindfulness - simply being present while at work in both your body and your mind and making that extra effort to Be There. It also means being there for each other as a team and being there for our Raving Fan customers. 

4. Make Their Day

One of our goals is to make the day better for the people around us. Providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond, and treating people simply as people, is how we Make Their Day. By going that extra mile and showing genuine kindness or concern for customers and each other, differentiates our team from others.

It all started with a simple trip to the fish market

 Filmmaker John Christensen was in Seattle when he discovered a business that pulsed with enthusiasm and commitment. It was the World Famous Pike Place Fish Market, where large crowds come to watch the fishmongers work—and buy lots of fish.


So he made a film about the fishmongers. It’s called FISH! and it explores four simple practices anyone can use to be successful. These practices, known as The FISH! Philosophy, are the foundation of our training solutions.
