Meet Andy
Andy started his journey with J&R Marine at Sinclair Marina as a Dockhand back in 2019. Over a short period, Andy showed great initiative with a Go-Getter Attitude. He knew he wanted to further his career with us, and now Andy is our GM at Sinclair. He loves going to "work" every day on Lake Sinclair.
Meet Robbie
Robbie has one of our best success stories beginning as a part-time Dockhand at Sinclair Marina and later advancing into a position as Sinclair Marinas Delivery Captain and then full time Salesman. His experience and expertise working with Sinclair Marina opened up the opportunity to serve as West Georgia Boat Center's General Manager. His career path started with our company 7 years ago, and is now one of our team MVPs!
Meet Callie
Callie joined the team at Sinclair Marina back in 2014 as a dockhand while she attended Georgia College to pursue her marketing degree. When she graduated, the opportunity for a Marketing Manager position was open, and she came on full-time with J&R! Callie now handles the marketing for all of our locations, and she loves this challenging yet rewarding position.
(She also plans some great Christmas parties).
Meet Koty
Koty joined the company in 2014 as the Service Manager at Clemson Marina after 15 years in the marine service industry. In 2018, he took on the position of Director of Service to lead and direct the general managers and their parts and service teams for EMG. He enjoys leading and training his teams to provide the highest quality service experience to our customers!
Meet Ashley
Ashley started with the team as an entry level bookkeeper in 2015, after working in the restaurant industry for 6 years. This position allowed her to dabble in Human Resources, as there was not yet the need for a full department and she really loved it. So, when the opportunity arose to lead the Human Resources and Safety department, she jumped right in.
